Holly Womack Pridgen started Title, by Holly, Inc. in 2003. Holly is a native to South Florida. She grew up in Homestead, FL and moved to Palm Beach County in 1999, where she currently resides.

In 1999 she worked for a high volume title agent in South Florida, where she found her nitch for examining title and became licensed to issue title insurance in the State of Florida.

In 2003 Holly’s knowledge and strong work ethic lead her to job offers from companies who wanted her on their team. She started Title, by Holly, Inc. so she could enjoy being a part of every team.  This decision lead her to do more of what she is best at and enjoy being a valuable member of multiple companies.

Through the years she has had the opportunity to work high volume title agents, law firms, short sale negotiators, investors, foreclosure firms, financial institutions and environmental firms.
Holly’s extensive experience in the industry has enabled her to navigate through probate, trust agreements, foreclosure, leaseholds, mobile home transactions and bankruptcy to clear the necessary interests for marketable title. She enjoys being a resourceful asset to her clients and working with them one-on-one to resolve complex title issue.

Frequent attendance to continuing education seminars has not only strengthen her current knowledge but keeps her up to date on the evolving real estate industry.

Holly’s personal and professional level of service, combined with her comprehensive understanding of the title industry has lead her to enjoy contributing the success of her clients in this competitive market, as well as establishing a loyal clientele
